I remember in Deserts of Kharak, the Coalition Assault Cruiser's design never feels right with other Coalition units but it actually make sense, since in the story it been explained to be reverse-engineered from "bad guys" technology. #Homeworld 3 updates mod#To me, the old design is much better and make more sense, the new design looks too much like a FAN MADE MOD (I am not saying fan made mods are anything bad, I just mean it looks a bit too much stylish like a fan made mods which are famous for their stylish) and has too much aggressive in it which may typically find in antagonist design such as empire ships in Star Wars. So, here it is, I am talking about the new design, which exactly as I am afraid of. But anyway, I am not a Fig investor, so I can not say I understand those "give back my money" kind of angers, but I guess it is a promotion method instead of fundraising, isn't it? I have to be clear, I have no bad feeling about that "Cereal Box" design but I feel bad about those critics on it, it feels like people dislike it because it show lack of work, or more specifically feels like those angers when an employer finally find out one employee who was never been fully trusted have a nap on work time, I mean come on, did iPhone lack of work? Simplicity is a style, and maybe a great one if used smartly. To me, it all went smooth in everything until the "Cereal Box" Carrier. Since the news of Homeworld 3 coming out, I was secretly stalking on its progress. But anyway, I have to bought all the remake or remastered and Desert of Kharak recently, I mean I have to, in this pandemic, I can not control myself. But I believe I played first game when I was in elementary school on a Pentium 4 desktop, this franchise is alway an inspiration to me, even influenced my career in some way. To be honest, I have posted this on tweet, but I have to post it again here, since I guess I am kind of a fan of Homeworld franchise? Not sure.
